Our Founding Fathers got the "Free Exercise" and "Non-Establishment" clauses of the First Amendment FROM none other than the PURITANS. (Surprise!!!)
... Yet, we are told how wicked the Puritans, especially the Pilgrims were.... And, theses two clauses of the First Amendment had the same intent behind them, namely: To Keep the Government from Prohibiting one denomination, and Requiring Participation in another denomination OF CHRISTIANITY -- The CHRISTIANTY part was a "GIVEN"
... never questioned or doubted. Specifically targetted by the First Amendment were the types of laws passed by Parliament called the Acts of Conformity, and Acts of Uniformity (c.1662). This was a legislative "dual" between the Puritans and the Anglicans, ie. Protestants and Catholics.
On a more esoteric level, the Puritans wanted to purify the Church of England of human authority. The essence of the "protest" and reformation was that God reveals Himself through the Scriptures, and that corrupt bishops' self-serving interpretations cannot be trusted, anymore; wherefore, the Bible appeared in the common languages. Replacing the Pope with the Monarch of England did nothing to erradicate the church of the influence of personalities and personal problems which distort(ed) Scripture, and the Authority and Will of God as revealed in Scripture.
English Monarchs still appointed bishops to interpret Scripture, and the monarch governed church doctrine. This was anathema for the Puritans who sought God's Will, directly. As Arthur A. Rouner, Jr. says in his book, The Congregational Way of Life, "A Christian church has the right, they (the Puritans) said, to determine its affairs in obedience to Christ's Will -- not to the will of the monarch." (p.2)
Now, the Truth is: ... The Christian Variety of Separation of Church and State, if you will, was taught by the Puritans to mean... The government should have no authority over the people concerning Christian matters. Specifically, the Christian First Amendment, "Congress shall make no Law..." means: "No state compulsion on points of dogma," and no "Acts of Uniformity" as, for example, passed by Parliament (c. 1662); ...

We believe the evidence shows that the sole purpose of the First Amendment was to prevent compulsory participation in a particular denomination of Christianity; BUT, the Christianity of the people of this land was a given, never doubted or questioned by the founders, as we will show.In the question of “Separation of Church and State” we would like to make some observations from history, recite part of the Amendment, and then draw a terse inference.
Facts:
- The men who drafted the First Amendment served in the First Congress.
- Before they drafted the Amendment, they legislated that a Christian Worship Service be part of the Inauguration Ceremony for George Washington.
- Then, on the very day that they completed the work on the First Amendment the First Congress called for a national day of prayer. That was for prayer to the God of the Christian Bible, not “all gods” as if all religion were treated equal.
- They also appropriated money for, and sent 20,000 Bibles to the “Northwest Territory” (Ohio).
First Amendment (in part):“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or infringing on the free exercise thereof…”
Inference: The men who wrote that Law to restrict themselves, the Federal Government, understood that spending public funds for Bibles did not tend to establish any denomination of Christianity as a State Sanctioned Church, like the Church of England. -- That was their concern, not that this should be a Christian Nation. – If you ask a Muslim, today, he will tell you that the U.S.A. is a Christian nation: Only the Antichrist(s) denies this, … (oh yes) as well as those of us “he” has deceived -- which is most of us in Lukewarm Churches, today: Where the Sheep have REJOINED the Goats.Discussion:
Now, that inference probably seems a bit strange to Americans of the 21st Century, but that is because we have accepted an alien change to our Law: The change eliminated the Christian Interpretation of the First Amendment, and replaced it with the Antichrist Interpretation. “Separation of Church and State” is a subtrefuge, a euphemism for Antichrist Law, to wit: “There is no God – By Injunction and Compulsion.” The fact that our inference, above, seems strange is a function of the extent of our deception. “…they shall deceive the very elect…” (Matt 24:24) … This deception of Christians, via “the Power of the Air” (Eph 2:2) – the television, particularly, after the change in our Law; The deception due to the confluance of these forces has changed the Spirit of the Land!!This is why we are apathetic about evils, today, which would have elicited massive reactions in our Forbearers; Indeed, the “God-Fearing” men of old, specifically feared God’s Judgment, … ie, destruction which we are, now, suffering: He is destroying us, as promised in Lev 26 and Deut 28 … He is doing so by allowing the Antichrists to rule.
While the media shapes our thinking, making us anguish over hundreds of American killed in Iraq since the “War” began, over 2500 people have been MURDERED in California alone.!! This kind of a society is what God Fearing men of old Feared. That is why we need a Covenant with God: An Official Covenant that is NOT be binding on individuals.
Our inference, above, seems strange because we have accepted the PROHIBITION of a NATIONAL RELATIONSHIP with God; … we are conditioned to believe that the imposed Antichrist Law is actually what the Constitution says, which it does not.
The former, Christian interpretation of the First Amendment is the Law of the Land to prevent the Federal Government from imposing one denomination upon the populace, simple – such an imposition would infringe on the free exercise . …
We, Americans, have the right of Free Exercise of our faith; and furthermore, we have the right TO ELECT men to office based on their free exercise. . . .
Consider Roy Moore: 70 percent of the electorate in Alabama elected him to do precisely what he did, which, furthermore, was/is required by the Constitution of that State. On the contrary, based on the outcome of that case, we state unequivocally that the rights of the electorate of Alabama have been violated by an unlawful gang that has captured the institutions of our government, to effect: We are under UnAmerican, Alien law.
The “Separation …” decision (c.1947) was the end of a process that began in 1861. The Federal Republic was supplanted by the Federal Empire, where the Federal Government overthrew its creator, the states.
Our founders foresaw many potential evils, but no one dreamed that the name of the First Amendment could be used as a disguise for a completely FABRICATED edict of Antichrist Law, that prohibits the Free Exercise of faith, and outlaws the official recognition of God. This abomination of Law, coming from the courts, must be challenged by the legislature; and, a non-compulsory resolution is the perfect vehicle for that challenge.
Therefore, we encourage all State and Local Legislators in all the states to follow your lead; and, we exhort you and all Americans::
