Republic to Empire
Comparing Rome and Washington, D.C.The Roman Empire did not start out as an empire;
The Roman Republic dated from about 500 B.C. Their system had no written Constitution, but evolved with traditions held over from an overthrown monarchy. The Roman Republic was quite different from the American Republic, in structure and balance of power:: There was a Legislative Branch, and Executive Branch, but with two executives: Praetor, and Consul. … Suffice it to say, Julius Caesar came to executive power lawfully:
Caesar made his way to praetorship by 62 BC and many of the senate felt him a dangerous, ambitious man. Because of this, they deprived him of a triumph after his praetorian command in Spain (61-60 BC) and they also did their best to keep him out of consulship.
He finally became consul in 59 BC.

In 49 B.C., Caesar overthrew the Republic by the illegal act of taking his army across the Rubicon River into Rome. After this Revolution, in a desperate attempt to re-establish the Republic, the Roman Senate assassinated the First Caesar; But, thereafter, other generals vied for the position of “CAESAR.” The revolution could not be reversed. The Senate became as anachronistic as the monarchy in Britain, today..The essence of the change from REPUBLIC to EMPIRE was a change in the priority of JURISDICTIONS. . . . By military force, Caesar transformed the executive jurisdiction from limited term to permanent, and from limited power to absolute.
The United states of America was a republic.
Like Rome after 500 B.C.(until 49 B.C.),the United States of America was a republic.Unlike Rome the American system was infinitely superior, designed to last forever. The U.S.A. was a Federal Republic CREATED by the ratification of a Constitution; The Constitution was drawn up (created) by the independent and sovereign states that had seceded from the British Empire. (The Monarchy was NOT overthrown.) These States agreed to give 19 of their own duties and powers to a fictitious entity*, called a Federal Government; Again, the States gave 19 specific duties and powers to the Federal Government. This was done lawfully by the People of each State ratifying the Constitution – by which ratification the respective state JOINED the Union..* The Federal Government had no people and no land, until the states ceded land to create Washington, D.C.; Thereafter, persons born in Washington were Federal Citizens, though such was un-recognized such, as said persons all claimed citizenship in the state of his parents.
It is a maxim of logic and, if you will, spiritual law, that no creature can be greater than its creator: Being the Creator of the Federal Government, the States necessarily have Superior Jurisdiction; They only “bow” to Federal Jurisdiction by agreement, in 19 specific areas of responsibility. . . . This logically necessary Order; or, This Jurisdictional Heirarchy was “set in stone,” as it were, by the 10th Amendment to the Constitution.
Insert:Now, we resume the story in 1861: Without the Authority of a Congressional Declaration of War, Lincoln called for 75,000 volunteers; Furthermore thereafter, he issued the first Executive Order, ordering Congress back into session which totally violated the separation of powers of the Constitution. He re-ordered the Jurisdiction within the Federal Government; and moreover, he used military power to overthrow the creator of the Federal Government. Lincoln unlawfully applied Federal Jurisdiction upon States in areas of responsibility which were retained by the States, according to Law.
To make this presentation cogent within this limited space we must insert one fact of history out of chronological order: After the American Civil War, Jefferson Davis, the president of the C.S.A., was held in prison, by the Federal Government of the U.S.A. – which consisted only of Northern States; For 2 years, Davis was held awaiting trial for Treason.
His release came after a finding by the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, Salmon P. Chase, that there was nothing in the U.S. Constitution that prohibited the secession of states. If secession was not illegal, neither Davis nor any other Confederate leaders could be guilty of treason.Thus, Lincoln overthrew the Federal Republic whose Jurisdiction was limited to 19 specific
functions; and, he created the Federal Empire or the Washington Empire which claims superior jurisdiction to that of the States. . . . Being backed up by military force Federal Jurisdiction is, then, de facto, superior. … to this day.
In terms of Law and revolutionary overthrow of that Law, Abraham Lincoln was the American analogy to Julius Caesar. (No wonder “they” built a Roman Temple for Abraham Lincoln, in Washington, D.C..)
You have been taught that Lincoln “saved the Union.” . . . On the Contrary, in fact,
Lincoln compelled Union by conquest. . . . Superficially, this Union appears the same as that created in 1789 by the ratification of the Constitution, but it was/is fundamentally different. Union by CONQUEST is fundamentally different from, and contrary to a union by mutual agreement . . .
In fact, the essence of the Declaration of Independence (1776) was secession; The C.S.A. was fighting for Law, and Self-Determination. The defeat of Righteousness was prophetically necessary for the rise of the Antichrist in the 20th Century, and the Fulfillment of the . . . Book of Revelation.

Like Caesar’s, Lincoln’s Revolution cannot be reversed . . . by human means:There is no political solution; But, God has a solution.
Unlike in Rome’s, America’s God is true: His Prophecy comes true: Satan was released in 1861; Magog/Antichrist invaded both old and new Israel -- the New JerUSAlem -- in the 1880s; We had satanic World War for World Government from 1897 to 1947; We came under Antichrist Law in 1947. God raised up a Judge, Roy Moore, and Christ has begun to return in 2003.
